No jargon. No runaround. Just what you need to know.
Launchpad: $2,000 one-time. Includes a Knytec mini PC, professional website, business email, and Google Business Profile. No recurring fee.
Starter: Hardware plus a setup fee, scoped per build. Book a call and we’ll give you a number based on what you need connected.
Partner: $0 upfront. No subscription. No retainer. Our fee is 10% of each job value — collected within 14 days of you receiving payment. If you don’t win, we don’t charge.
You get paid first. Once you receive payment on an awarded job, we invoice 10% of the contract value. That’s the only time we get paid. No win, no fee — no exceptions. The fee amount is agreed and documented during onboarding so there are no surprises.
No. There is no subscription, retainer, or monthly fee for any tier. Launchpad is a one-time payment. Starter is a one-time setup fee. Partner charges 10% on closed jobs only — nothing else, ever.
A 15-minute call to understand your trade, your typical job sizes, how bid invites come in, and what your scope usually looks like. After that, for Partner clients: set up a forwarding rule so bid invites reach us automatically, and we take it from there. For Starter: we schedule a setup session to connect your tools.
48 hours is the typical turnaround on a standard commercial proposal. Complex jobs with large plan sets may take longer — we’ll flag it if that’s the case. GCs notice when you respond fast with a professional proposal. Speed is part of the value.
Early on, every bid comes to you for review before it goes out. You look it over on your phone, approve it, and we submit. As we learn your pricing, markup, and scope preferences, accuracy improves and the review step gets faster. Over time, with your agreement, bids can go out automatically — you get notified when each one is submitted.
That’s what the review step is for. Tell us what’s wrong, we fix it before it goes out. Early bids will have more back-and-forth as we calibrate to your trade and pricing — that’s expected and normal. Accuracy builds over time. Nothing is submitted without your approval during the review phase.
Specialty subcontractors only: concrete and masonry, aluminum and glass storefront, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, framing, drywall, tile, and painting. We do not work with general contractors or residential-only businesses.
New construction and commercial. If a GC is sending you bid invites — residential new builds, commercial projects, anything with a formal bid process — we can handle it. What we don’t do is residential remodeling and renovation work that goes direct to a homeowner without a GC bid package.
Commercial jobs, typically $5,000 and up. We handle standard bid packages: PDF plan sets, scope letters, bid forms. If you’re getting invited to bid on commercial work and you’re a licensed specialty sub, we can handle it.
Yes. We can receive invite packets from bid platforms and submit through them. We also work with direct email invites from GCs. However the GC sends it and receives it, we handle that submission process.
Built for contractors getting 2+ invites a day. Book a call to discuss your volume — we’ll tell you if we’re the right fit for your throughput and what the onboarding looks like.
A $2,000 one-time setup that delivers a Knytec mini PC, professional website live in 24 hours, business email, and Google Business Profile. Everything in your name permanently. For contractors who need a professional digital foundation before pursuing larger commercial GCs.
A hardware-plus-setup package where we connect your business tools — QuickBooks, email, CRM, Bluebeam — to your own Claude account and get everything running. You own the system and run your own workflow from there. Priced per build based on what needs to be connected — book a call for a quote.
There’s nothing to cancel — there is no subscription. For the Partner tier: if you want to stop, you stop forwarding us invites. Any bids already submitted stay in play under the existing agreed terms. No locked contracts. If you stop bidding, you stop paying.
An estimator charges by the hour or by the bid regardless of outcome. KNYTEC charges 10% on wins only — if you don’t win, you pay nothing. We also handle the full pipeline: intake, takeoff, estimate, proposal, and submission. An estimator usually gives you numbers and hands it back. We take it all the way to the GC’s inbox.
We take on select custom work by inquiry — dispatch, invoicing, back-office workflows, AI integrations beyond the bid pipeline. These are scoped and priced per engagement. Book a consultation to discuss.
No. For the Partner tier, your job is to review a proposal on your phone and say yes or no. For Starter, we set everything up and walk you through it — if you can send a text, you can use it. You do not need to understand AI or automation to get the value.
For Partner clients, we receive bid invite PDFs forwarded from your email and return completed proposals. We do not access your financial accounts, CRM, or internal systems beyond what’s necessary for the specific build. Your hardware stays at your location. Your data is yours.
