OVERVIEW

KNYTEC ships custom-configured AI workstations and computer systems directly to customers throughout the contiguous United States. Each system is built, configured, and tested to order before shipment. Please read this policy before purchasing.


PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIME

All orders are processed, configured, and shipped within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing time may be extended during periods of high order volume or supplier delays. If your order will be significantly delayed beyond the standard 10 business day window, KNYTEC will notify you by email.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES (TRANSIT TIME)

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 12–15 business days under normal conditions.

KNYTEC does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Transit time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. KNYTEC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.


CARRIERS

KNYTEC ships via UPS and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on the destination, package dimensions, and availability at the time of shipment. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

KNYTEC ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or business street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be held and you will be contacted to provide a street address before shipment.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE on all hardware orders. No shipping charges will be added at checkout. Return shipping for confirmed DOA (Dead on Arrival) units is also covered by KNYTEC.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@knytec.com with your order number.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs at the time of delivery and notify KNYTEC within 48 hours at support@knytec.com with your order number and photos. Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim. See our Refund Policy for full details on damage claims.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. KNYTEC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses. Address change requests after an order has shipped may not be possible and may incur additional fees from the carrier.
