Why KNYTEC exists.
Most small business owners know AI could help them. They have heard it a hundred times. What they do not have is someone who will actually show up, set it up, and make it work for their specific business.

The founder.
Jassan Ozuna. Engineer at companies like Emerson and Qualcomm, which means he spent years working in industrial automation and technology before he ever touched Claude. He knows what it looks like when technology actually solves a problem and what it looks like when it does not.
He built KNYTEC because he kept seeing the same thing: business owners buying AI tools, getting nowhere, and assuming the technology was the problem. It was not. Nobody was showing up to actually implement it.
